Silte, Ethiopia - The Tomb of Hajji Aliyye
The Rector of the tomb carries the lineage of Shareef Ali in his chest pocket - at first he denies knowing any knowledge of the noble lineage (fearing I may steal it) but after my uncle clarified that I was in fact a descendent of Hajji Ali - he took out the small notebook and began reading the names of our ancestors.
